Manila Ramen Review

Since I went to Japan early this year and tried Ramen from Osaka to Tokyo, I’m back in the Philippines raving with Japaese Ramen!

I swear, before my Japan trip, ramen is not appealing to me, I find it expensive… P350-400 for a bowl of noodles, no way! But this mindset change, as I realized Japanese food is really expensive and this price range is quite fair for a bowl  of goodness! In Philippines, I’ve tried Black Garlic Ramen of Ikkoryu Fukkuoka Ramen in Alabang Town Center, Shio and Shoyu at Ramen Yoshuken Molito Lifestyle Mall and Miso at Ukkokei Ramen Ron in Tuscany, Mc Kinley Hill.

There’s still a lot to try… Ramen house is sprawling all over the Metro, but so far, Black Garlic of Ikkoryu Fukuoka is my number 1 🙂
