Dahil mahilig akong mag-DIY including food, tried Crisostomo’s mixed greens, mango and anchovy salad at home. So, here’s my recipe.
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 100 grams ancovy
- 2 tbsp banana ketchup
- 1 medium size Green Mango
- 1 medium size tomato
- peanuts (optional)
- Heat olive oil in a small size pan. Add ketchup, sugar and anchovy. Cook for 5-10 minutes.
2. In a separate small bowl, mix fish sauce and sugar.
3. Add fish sauce mix to mixed greens lettuce, chop green mango, chop tomatoes. Add peanuts. Serve.
